September 2021
One of the goals of nextgen WM is to help the community by donating some of our time and money to causes close to our hearts.
We began our collaboration with Partage in 2019 with a visit to their facility followed by a morning of food sorting for distribution.
We then participated in each “Samedi du Partage.”
We support Partage because it is inconceivable/intolerable for us to imagine that people are hungry in Geneva, Switzerland (and everywhere in the world).
We genuinely hope that this donation has helped people from our community who were in need.
2021 – 2020
Terre des Hommes strives to ensure that children have access to quality education, are protected from all forms of violence, and have the means to participate fully in the decisions that affect them.
Nextgen WM had supported Terre des Hommes since early 2020 when the company was still called Onyx.
Several times a month, our employees go to the Terre des Hommes offices to talk with repatriated children in Switzerland to improve their integration into society.
This initiative is crucial to us, and our monthly participation is unchanged.
July 2021
As part of our support for Noam Yaron’s initiative, we participated in a waste collection around Lake Leman on July 3rd.
Five team members spent a Saturday to help the Net’Leman initiative. The event was organized by « L’association de sauvegarde du Leman »
The participation of our team in these events not only ticks the box of the protection of the Swiss biodiversity but also allows us to improve the social cohesion of our team. This event is above all a convivial action where the members of our team did not hesitate to solicit their relatives.

Samedi du Partage is organized twice a year, in May/June and November, in more than 100 supermarkets, with over 1,000 volunteers.
Since 2019, the nextgen team has been very involved in Samedi du partage under the Onyx brand.
The Foundation Partage distributes the proceeds of Samedi du Partage to more than fifty charitable associations that are recognized as being of public utility, social services, or emergency locations.
